The courier will contact you 10-20 minutes before arrival. If you are unable to receive the order at a specific time, you can reschedule it for the following day.<\/p>\n        <p class=\"highlight\">Please note that delivery will begin only after the payment has been completed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Shipping rates for Tbilisi and regions apply to packages up to 5 kg only. For orders exceeding 5 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"delivery-section\">\n        <h3>Courier Service<\/h3>\n        <p>Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery, 10-20 minutes before arrival. Please ensure that the provided phone number is active.<\/p>\n        <ul class=\"delivery-list\">\n            <li><strong>If unreachable:<\/strong> If the courier is unable to reach you, they will try again the next business day.<\/li>\n            <li><strong>Order cancellation:<\/strong> If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.<strong> In this case, only the cost of the products will be refunded; the delivery fee is non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"delivery-section\">\n        <h3>Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n        <p>If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe (Tbilisi \u2013 3 business days, Regions \u2013 5 business days), you have the full right to cancel your order and request a refund of the total amount (including product cost and delivery fee).<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"terms-section\">\n        <h3>5.
