  • Product prices and availability are indicated on the site, and the Company reserves the right to update them as needed without prior notice to users.
  • All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include taxes, excluding delivery fees.

3. Orders and Payment

  • To place an order, the user completes the dedicated form on the website.
  • Payment methods: online (bank card), bank transfer, or cash upon pickup from the warehouse.
  • Successful payment constitutes the official confirmation that the order has been received.

4. Delivery

Our goal is to ensure that the products you order are delivered to your address on time and safely. Please read the details of our delivery service carefully.

We provide delivery service throughout Georgia with the following rates:

Tbilisi

    ფასი: 6 ლარი

    Delivery time:

Regions

    Towns 8 ლარი.

    Delivery time:

    Villages, small settlemets: 13 ლარი.

    Delivery time:

    შეკვეთა ჩაბარდება 2 – 5 სამუშაო დღეში (არ ითვლება დასვენების დღეები)

გაითვალისწინეთ, მიტანის ზუსტ საათს ვერ განვსაზღვრავთ, კურიერი დაგიკავშირდებათ მოტანამდე 10-20 წუთით ადრე! თუ კონკრეტულ დროს ვერ ახერხებთ აღებას შესაძლებელია შეუთანხმდეთ მომდევნო დღეზე.

Please note that delivery will begin only after the payment has been completed.

კურიერის მომსახურება

ჩვენი კურიერი დაგიკავშირდებათ შეკვეთის მიტანის დღეს, მისვლამდე 10-20 წუთით ადრე. მნიშვნელოვანია, რომ მითითებული ტელეფონის ნომერი იყოს აქტიური.

  • If unreachable: If the courier is unable to reach you, they will try again the next business day.
  • Order cancellation: თუ ორჯერადი მცდელობის შემდეგაც ვერ მოხერხდა თქვენთან დაკავშირება, შეკვეთა ავტომატურად ჩაითვლება გაუქმებულად. ამ შემთხვევაში, უკან დაგიბრუნდებათ მხოლოდ პროდუქციის ღირებულება. მიტანის საფასური არ დაბრუნდება.

შეკვეთის გაუქმება

If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe (Tbilisi – 3 business days, Regions – 5 business days), you have the full right to cancel your order and request a refund of the total amount (including product cost and delivery fee).

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Product returns are possible within 7 days from the order date
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered (not damaged, soiled, or torn).
  • If a book has a manufacturing defect or other fault, it may be returned within 7 days.

Error correction:

If an error occurs due to our fault (e.g., an incorrect item was sent), we reserve the right to correct the error at our own expense within the following periods:

  • Tbilisi up to 3 business days.
  • Regions: up to 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on the site belong to the Company or its partners.
  • Use of materials is permitted only with the Company’s prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is responsible only for services explicitly indicated on the site.
  • The Company is not responsible for third-party services or interruptions in the operation of internet platforms.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered by the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
