Our goal is to ensure that the products you order are delivered to your address on time and safely. Please read the details of our delivery service carefully.

1. Delivery Service and Fees

We provide delivery service throughout Georgia with the following rates:

Tbilisi

    Price: 6 GEL

    Delivery time:

    Order delivery takes 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays)

Regions

    Towns 8 GEL.

    Delivery time:

    Order delivery takes 2–3 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays)

    Villages, small settlemets:

    13 GEL. Order delivery takes 2–4 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays)

Please note, we cannot specify an exact delivery time. The courier will contact you 10-20 minutes before arrival. If you are unable to receive the order at a specific time, you can reschedule it for the following day

Please note that delivery will begin only after the payment has been completed.

Shipping rates for Tbilisi and regions apply to packages up to 5 kg only. For orders exceeding 5 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight.

2. Courier Service

Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery, 10-20 minutes before arrival. Please ensure that the provided phone number is active.

  • If unreachable: If the courier is unable to reach you, they will try again the next business day.
  • Order cancellation: If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled. In this case, only the cost of the products will be refunded; the delivery fee is non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellation

If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe (3 business days for Tbilisi, 5 business days for regions), you have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund, including both product and delivery costs.
